개인정보처리방침

주식회사 큐비루비(QbRuby Co., Ltd., 이하 '회사')는 홈페이지 이용과 이메일 문의에 관한 개인정보 처리 내용을 아래와 같이 안내합니다. 게임 앱 자체의 처리 범위는 제11항의 안내를 함께 확인해 주세요.

1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 수집 경로

회사는 이메일로 문의를 접수합니다. 홈페이지에는 별도의 문의 제출 폼, 회원가입 또는 뉴스레터 신청 기능이 없습니다.

문의에 필요한 정보만 보내 주세요. 홈페이지 방문 시 호스팅 제공자가 처리하는 정보와 언어 설정 저장에 대해서는 제8항을 참고해 주세요.

2. 개인정보 처리 목적

문의 이메일은 문의 내용 확인, 답변, 고객 지원 및 필요한 후속 대응을 위해 처리합니다.

3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간

위 기간은 회사의 문의 이메일 관리 기준입니다. 메일 제공자의 삭제 후 휴지통·복구 보관 절차는 제7항과 구분해 적용됩니다.

4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 법령에 따른 제공 의무가 있는 경우를 제외하고 문의 개인정보를 제3자의 독자적인 이용 목적으로 제공하지 않습니다. 문의 이메일의 기술적 송수신·저장·관리를 위한 메일 서비스 이용은 제5항에서 안내합니다.

5. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 처리

회사는 문의 이메일의 송수신·저장·관리를 위해 Zoho Mail을 사용합니다. Zoho Mail에 맡기는 업무는 메일 서비스의 기술적 처리이며, 회사 대신 이용자에게 답변하는 상담 업무가 아닙니다.

수탁자의 법인 소재국인 싱가포르와 문의 메일 계정의 확인된 저장 위치인 미국은 서로 구분됩니다. 제공자의 추가 처리 범위에 관한 일반 안내는 Zoho 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

홈페이지는 GitHub Pages로 제공됩니다. 호스팅 제공자의 보안용 방문 IP 로그는 제8항에서 별도로 안내합니다.

6. 정보주체의 권리 및 행사 방법

회사에 이메일로 제공한 개인정보의 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리 정지를 요청하려면 support@qbruby.com으로 연락해 주세요. 회사는 요청 내용을 확인하고 적용 법령에 따라 처리합니다. 법령상 보존 의무 등으로 요청이 제한되는 경우에는 그 사유를 안내합니다.

7. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

회사는 제3항의 기준에 따라 보관 필요성을 확인하고, 담당자가 불필요해진 문의 이메일과 첨부파일을 메일 서비스의 삭제 기능으로 수동 삭제합니다. 회사가 별도로 관리하는 문의 이메일 백업은 없으며, 현재 별도의 자동 삭제 설정은 사용하지 않습니다.

메일 화면에서 삭제한 이후에도 Zoho Mail의 휴지통·복구 보관 절차가 적용될 수 있습니다. 제공자 서버에서의 최종 삭제 시점은 적용 서비스와 설정에 따르므로, 회사의 6개월 관리 기준이 그 시점의 물리적·즉시 완전 삭제를 의미하지 않습니다. Zoho Mail 삭제·보관 안내를 참고해 주세요.

8. 홈페이지의 저장 기능과 호스팅 로그

홈페이지는 언어 선택(한국어 또는 영어)을 브라우저의 로컬 저장소(localStorage, 키: qbrubyLang)에 저장합니다. 이 값은 언어 설정을 유지하는 데 사용하며 홈페이지 스크립트가 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 이용자는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터 삭제 또는 저장 제한 기능으로 이를 삭제하거나 제한할 수 있습니다.

현재 홈페이지 코드에는 쿠키를 설정하는 코드나 광고·분석 추적 스크립트가 없고, 페이지 리소스는 같은 도메인에서 제공합니다. 이는 호스팅 제공자의 서버 측 정보 처리가 없다는 뜻은 아닙니다.

GitHub는 GitHub Pages 방문자의 IP 주소를 보안 목적으로 기록·저장한다고 안내합니다. 이 로그는 위의 브라우저 언어 설정과 별개의 처리입니다. GitHub의 일반 개인정보처리방침은 미국 등에서의 정보 처리를 안내합니다. 자세한 내용은 GitHub Pages 정보 수집 안내와 GitHub 개인정보처리방침을 참고해 주세요.

11. 게임별 적용 범위와 개인정보처리방침

이 공통 방침은 홈페이지 이용과 회사에 보내는 문의 이메일에 적용됩니다. Pulse Block과 FlickCube에 관한 이메일 문의도 동일한 문의 처리 기준을 따릅니다.

QbRuby Co., Ltd. (the 'Company') explains below how personal information is handled when you use our website or contact us by email. Please also see Section 11 for the scope of information handling within game apps.

1. Information Handled and Collection Channels

The Company receives inquiries by email. The website has no separate inquiry submission form, account registration, or newsletter subscription feature.

Please send only information needed for your inquiry. See Section 8 for information handled by the hosting provider when you visit the website and for language preference storage.

2. Purposes of Processing

Inquiry emails are handled to review your inquiry, provide a response and customer support, and carry out necessary follow-up.

3. Retention Periods

These periods are the Company's inquiry email management criteria. The mail provider's post-deletion Trash and recovery retention procedures are addressed separately in Section 7.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except where required by law, the Company does not disclose inquiry information for a third party's independent use. Section 5 describes use of the mail service for technical sending, receiving, storage, and management of inquiry emails.

5. Outsourced Processing and Overseas Handling

The Company uses Zoho Mail to send, receive, store, and manage inquiry emails. Zoho Mail provides technical mail processing; it does not answer customer inquiries on the Company's behalf.

The processor's country of incorporation, Singapore, is distinct from the inquiry mail account's confirmed storage location in the United States. General information about the provider's additional processing is available in the Zoho Privacy Policy.

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Section 8 separately describes the hosting provider's visitor IP logs used for security.

6. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

To request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information you supplied to the Company by email, contact support@qbruby.com. The Company reviews and handles requests under applicable law. If a request is restricted, for example by a legal retention obligation, the Company explains the reason.

7. Deletion Procedures and Methods

The Company reviews retention needs under Section 3, and the responsible person manually deletes inquiry emails and attachments that are no longer needed using the mail service's deletion functions. The Company does not maintain separate backups of inquiry emails and currently has no separate automatic deletion setting.

Zoho Mail's Trash and recovery retention procedures may still apply after an email is deleted from the mail interface. Final deletion from provider servers depends on the applicable service and settings, so the Company's six-month management criterion does not mean immediate, complete physical erasure at that point. 8. Website Storage and Hosting Logs

The website stores your language choice (Korean or English) in your browser's local storage (localStorage, key: qbrubyLang). This value maintains your language preference and is not sent to a server by the website script. You can delete or restrict it using your browser's site data deletion or storage restriction settings.

The current website code does not set cookies or include advertising or analytics tracking scripts, and page resources are served from the same domain. This does not mean that the hosting provider performs no server-side information processing.

GitHub states that GitHub Pages visitors' IP addresses are logged and stored for security. This is separate from the browser language setting above. GitHub's general privacy statement describes information processing in the United States and other locations. See GitHub Pages' data collection information and the GitHub Privacy Statement.

This general policy applies to website use and inquiry emails sent to the Company, including inquiries about Pulse Block and FlickCube.
